A guy in England disguised himself as a bush so he could go outside during the quarantine. There's 3 different clips here and they all show him sneaking around his driveway and really getting into. His neighbors film his eccentric movements while commenting. It definitely seems like a setup as both neighbors were having fun. If someone actually moved around a neighborhood like this in a bush costume, they're either a really fun person or completely insane.
