Tiger Running Loose on a Street in Mexico Gets Lassoed

Somebody in a car shot footage of a guy lassoing a tiger! The tiger was running around in the streets of Guadalajara in Mexico. Reports say the tiger escaped from a private home. Definitely the most random thing I'v seen today.
