I have mentioned many times how much I look for and like play local talent during "The Dose".
Today, I'll be doing just that. I'll be featuring local artist Justin Vidal... for the second time.

This song is a reminder to always "Just Be There" for your little ones. I think it's too easy to fall into the busy tasks of each day and forget to spend the quality playtime that our children want and need. They don't require elaborate plans. Simple things like setting up a tent in the backyard, or giving them an old box from a package with some markers will spark the imagination and give our families hours of quality and memorable time together.
I was doing just that when I started jamming this guitar part in the backyard and my girls were just playing and dancing. I was immediately inspired to write about just being there for all the simple day-to-day things that occur. This is what they will remember and grow up with. This was written from a dad's perspective, but should be relatable to any parent, guardian, or whatever! JUST BE THERE!
