IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING STATE LAW (SB 1383)
California State law (Senate Bill1383)requires a 75% reduction in the level of statewide disposal of organic waste by 2025.
What does this mean for every business and household? In short, all California residences and businesses are required to separate organic waste from other trash and non-organic recyclables starting in 2022. Organic waste includes bothfood wasteand other green waste, such as yard trimmings.
