Throwback Thursday: Mardi Gras in San Diego Exactly A Decade Ago

A decade ago on this date, I was fortunate enough to be a part of one of the biggest Mardi Gras celebrations in San Diego History.

We bussed in with the parade and had a great time throwing beads and meeting revelers all night long.

The pandemic sort of shut this kind of fun down...but I have great memories.. and hopes that this kind of huge party will return someday...
