Here's news from the City of Temecula:
The City of Temecula entered into a Maintenance Agreement with Caltrans for reimbursement in the amount of $300,000 for weekly litter/debris pickup along Interstate 15 through Temecula over the next two years. Caltrans has jurisdiction of the freeway and will continue their standard clean-up; however, this agreement provides supplementary litter abatement initiated by the City of Temecula.
