It took 17 games for it to happen...and it happened twice. Both Justin Turner and Chris Taylor finally got their first home runs of the season as the Dodgers cruised to a 5-1 win over Detroit.
It was the first time the Dodgers and Ginats played a regular season game in almost 5 years.
Tomorrow Clayton Kershaw takes the mound and should pass Don Sutton as the all time Dodger strikeout leader.
