The Dodgers beat the Giants tonight 3-1 in another LA/SF nail biter.
I think this was the most important game of the season so far for these reasons:
It was the first meeting with the Giants since the post season last year and the Giants are clearly going to contend again this year.
Plus, the win holds the Dodgers in first place all alone. A loss would have dropped them behind both the Giants and the Padres all the way to third place.
It may be early...but the win was HUGE...
One last thing...it's time to move Chris Taylor (who had 2 hits and drove in 2 of the Dodgers 3 runs tonight) up the lineup to 5th...he has earned it.
