It's an early Halloween Horror!
...and it wasn't me...thank goodness!
My good friend Mike, who does personal chef work, was chopping onions with his very sharp knife, when YIKES- that happened! Mike says things like this happen to chefs occasionally and he was prepared with clotting stuff and a chemical skin repair substance .which did the trick but not without a high level of PAIN. Mike took it like a champ....honestly...I would have passed out.
..and there it is...a piece of thumb on the knife...which did NOT make it in to the pile of onions...
Mike will sharpen all your knives for you for a reasonable price, without the added flesh....
For those of you that can't get enough creeped out...here's that photo again.
I'm getting woozy...gotta go sit down...
