Best & Worst Cities for Keeping New Year’s Resolutions= SoCal At Each End

In a study from WalletHub of the Best and Worst Cities for keeping New Years Resolutions I found an interesting thing:

If you go South or West of the Temecula Valley, you find cities at the top of the list as "Best": San Diego (8th) and Irvine (6th)

If you travel north, you find a city on the "Worst": San Bernardino (175).
