The City of Temecula's Five-year Capital Improvement Program

Big things in the future from the City of Temecula:

The City of Temecula's five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget includes 110 separate projects, totaling $927.5M in project costs. Effective July 1, 2024, the Fiscal Year 2025-29 CIP Budget is the largest in the City's history, and I am proud to share that approximately 64% of the funding is sourced from external opportunities such as federal and state grants, and regional funding. This is due to the diligent efforts by the City Council and staff to secure outside funding sources for the residents of Temecula.
