When I got off the air this morning, I headed south and to the coast to ride bikes with friends on the MB / PB Boardwalk...we had a cool wind in our face a lot of the time, but it was super sunny...and when we had the wind at our backs, a super fun warm ride..
I highly recommend a midweek break from work, if you can ever pull that off.
It certainly improves my attitude
