The coffee retailer issued a new code of conduct which will be posted in all company-owned stores in North America. It also bans discrimination or harassment, consumption of outside alcohol, smoking, vaping, drug use and panhandling. Violators will be asked to leave, and police will be called, if necessary. Starbucks employees will get training on the new policy.
