The Temecula Valley Entrepreneurs Exchange (TVE²) Entrepreneurial Resource Center is kicking off February with a dynamic lineup of events designed to support local startups, small businesses, and aspiring entrepreneurs. From expert-led workshops to networking opportunities, these events provide valuable resources, insights, and connections to help businesses thrive in today’s competitive landscape. Whether you're a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting out, TVE² offers a welcoming space to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded professionals. All workshops are offered at no-cost and will be held in-person at the TVE2 (43200 Business Park Drive).

See the February program schedule below: Small Business Bootcamp (Starts Tuesday, February 4, 2025): This six-week Small Business Boot Camp offers an intensive deep dive into every aspect of your business. Participants will receive a digital workbook filled with market-proven tools and resources to guide their journey. Whether you're an entrepreneur with a new idea or a small business owner looking to refresh or reassess your operation, this program is designed to provide valuable insights and strategies. With only 25 spots available, this highly competitive course is a unique opportunity to gain expert guidance and take your business to the next level. This program is being held in collaboration with Hatch Planning & Strategy. Communication Breakthrough (Starts Wednesday, February 5, 2025): This series will help attendees unlock the secret to becoming master communicators! Effective communication is the cornerstone of successful leadership and thriving teams. By mastering this skill, you can build stronger relationships, drive collaboration, and lead with confidence. With this 2-part coaching program, you will also obtain your own DISC Assessment (valued at $349), allowing you to gain knowledge where your strengths are and where you will gather more knowledge about your current communication style. This program is being held in collaboration with FocalPoint Coaching. Anti-Harassment Training for Supervisors (Tuesday, February 18, 2025): This workshop will go over how to recognize, respond to, correct, and prevent sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace. Supervisors will learn skills to immediately apply in the workplace and earn a certificate for attending. Key topics will include California and federal law, detection, correction, prevention, remedies, and record retention. This workshop is being held in collaboration with Barrett Business Services, Inc. Managing Business Financials with U.S. Bank (Tuesday, February 18, 2025): This hands-on seminar will help you take control of your business's financial health. Learn how to streamline bookkeeping and understand financial statements to confidently navigate your balance sheet to drive success and make informed decisions. This seminar is perfect for businesses of all sizes to build and maintain a solid financial foundation. This workshop is being held in partnership with U.S. Bank.

Tax Essentials for Your Small Business (Thursday, February 20, 2025): This workshop is designed to help prepare small businesses for taxes. Attendees will learn some very simple concepts to keep in mind while preparing and organizing their business finances. Key topics will include defining income, deductible expenses, tax preparation, tax rates, payments, and forms. This workshop is being held in collaboration with the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center. Elevate Your Business (Starts Wednesday, February 26, 2025): Elevate Your Business is a dynamic four-part course designed to equip business owners with the essential skills and knowledge to build a resilient and successful business. During this series, participants will gain practical insights into crucial areas of business management, mastering financial management and digital marketing. This program is being is being held in collaboration with the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center.
