The top seven remains the same as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame fan voting enters its final weekend. Phish has led wire-to-wire and is the only nominee with at least 300-thousand votes. The top seven vote-getters when voting ends on Monday go on a ballot that's included with ballots from all of the Hall of Fame voters. Bad Company, Billy Idol, Cyndi Lauper, Soundgarden and Joe Cocker hold down positions two-through six. Chubby Checker has been "on the bubble" in the seventh and final spot, but his 33-thousand-vote lead over the Black Crowes appears to be enough to stay on the fans ballot. Those who make it onto the Fans Ballot are not guaranteed induction into the Hall of Fame.
