Today's featured birthday is that of Jack Hues, who turns 71 today. Jack is the lead singer and songwriter of the band Wang Chung. The band has been together since the very early 1980's and has produced such great hits as "Dance Hall Days" and "Everybody Wang Chung Tonight" as well as others.
A decade ago they performed in our local Temecula Wine Country, and according to Jack it was the first time ever that Wang Chung had performed a full set acoustically- no keyboards, no electric guitars, and no drums. Jack seemed very happy the way it turned out as was the crowd that night.
