Dick Van Dyke turns 99 years old on December 13th, and ahead of the big milestone, Coldplay is paying tribute to the iconic actor in their new "All My Love" music video, and it will make you sob uncontrollably.

In the video, directed by Spike Jonze & Mary Wigmore, the Mary Poppins actor gathers his big family at his Malibu home to celebrate with a lot of dancing and laughing in his backyard. Fans can also see photos of Dick from throughout his incredible career, including Mary PoppinsChitty Chitty Bang Bang and The Dick Van Dyke Show, in addition to other things including a life-sized version of himself as chimney sweep Bert from Marry Poppins.

The iconic actor also goes note for note with Chris Martin as they sing the song together.

Being a song about love, Dick also shares what he believes love is, explaining, "Boy, that's a question they've been asking for centuries. I don't know. It is certainly the feeling of caring about the welfare and the life of the other person as much as you care for yourself."

And ahead of his 99th birthday, he shared of turning another year older, "I'm acutely aware that I could go any day now, but I don't know why it doesn't concern me. I'm not afraid of it. I have that feeling totally against anything intellectual I am that I'm going to be alright." He added of his acting career, "I think I'm one of those lucky people who got to do for a living what I would have done anyway."
