Grimes (real name Claire Boucher) shared an alarming message on X Thursday (February 20), begging her ex-partner Elon Musk to respond to her calls, emails and texts about a "medical crisis" their child was experiencing.
“Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention,” she wrote in a since-deleted post on the platform Musk owns. “If you don’t want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can more forward on solving this. This is urgent, Elon."
Boucher shared more details in a response to a fan, writing: “I’m not giving any details but he won’t respond to texts calls or emails and has skipped every meeting and our child will suffer life long impairment if he doesn’t respond asap, so I need him to f***ing respond and if I have to apply public pressure then I guess that’s where we are at.”
Boucher and Musk began dating in 2018 and were on and off until 2022. They share three children—X Æ A-Xii, 4; Exa Dark Sideræl, 3; and Techno Mechanicus, 2—and it's unclear which one she was referring to in her message. They've been entangled in a custody dispute since 2023.
