4th of July weekend stuff to do

Here is some stuff to do over the holiday weekend here and near to the Temecula Valley

Star-Spangled 4th of July Parade

41000 Main Street, Temecula

The 4th of July Parade will be starting at 10am, July 4th morning. The parade will be running arch to arch, South to North. Parking is available at the Old Town Parking Garage (South of the Civic Center on Mercedes St). Old Town Front Street will be closed from 9am until about noon. You will be able to access the parking garage until 9:45am from the north end of town via Mercedes Street.

SATURDAY, JULY 1:

4:00 p.m.: Bell Mountain - 28525 La Piedra Road in Menifee

4:00 p.m.: Santana Park - 598 Santana Way in Corona

9:00 p.m.: California Oaks Sports Park - 40600 California Oaks Road in Murrieta

MONDAY, JULY 3RD:

9:00 p.m.: Storm Stadium - 500 Diamond Drive in Lake Elsinore

TUESDAY, JULY 4TH:

9:00 p.m.: Canyon lake/Happy Camp & Holiday Harbor - 22200 Canyon Club Drive in Canyon Lake

9:00 p.m.: Ronald Reagan Sports Park - 30875 Rancho Vista Road in Temecula

9:00 p.m.: Mountain View Middle School - 13130 Morrison Street in Moreno Valley

9:00 p.m.: Fireworks Spectacular over Lake Elsinore- Free public viewing at Lakepoint Park, Elm Grove Beach, Whiskers Beach, and a portion of the Levee in Lake Elsinore.

Ontario July 4th Parade – Parade starts at 9:00am. Fireworks at 9:00pm at Westwind park.

Pomona – Fairplex Kaboom – Fireworks and Monster trucks.

Personally I will be with the Swing Bike and Kayak crew camping down in the Mission Bay area. The warning I have for you there is that if you are coming ANY day Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue is that if you can get there by 9AM, you will not find a parking space….so come early.. or stay in the TV and find something to do here..
