I'm still looking for your best Halloween neighborhood Haunts. This is my favorite from down south near San Diego created by the Kopp family...it's the best set up privately at a home that I have gone to experience a few times.....the adults love it and it scares the daylights out of the kids.

Introducing the City of Temecula’s New Halloween Home Decorating Contest TEMECULA, CA ─ Do you love Halloween and go all out with festive and freaky decorations? If so, this contest is for you! Spook up your house and enter Temecula’s new Halloween Home Decorating Contest. Enter as an individual residence or as a neighborhood. Judging categories include Morticia’s Menacing Mansion (Scariest), Count Dracula’s Comical Castle (Most Humorous), Oogie Boogie Imagination (Most Original), and Fangtastic Theme (Best Theme). Temecula residents can submit an online application beginning Friday, September 29 through Wednesday, October 25, 2017. All decorations should decorated completely by Sunday, October 29, and lights are required to be turned on Monday, October 30, for judging. Please visit TemeculaCA.gov/events for official entry form and to view award categories. All entries will be judged and included on our Halloween Home Decorating Contest map online.
