Please Support Those Who Support Our Troops

As we head into Memorial Day Weekend, let's remember our troops and those organizations who support them....

The Valley Resource Center celebrated their ribbon cutting and military fundraiser May 17th, 2018 with local community partners. Over 150 people were in attendance and brought in hundreds of items to support deployed troops overseas. The Valley Resource Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that assists residents in Southwest Riverside County and supports active duty military families and veterans. The event featured free food by Archibalds, Which Wich Gourmet Sandwiches, and Cynful Sweets. Faith Armory brought an Archery Booth for attendees and TapSnap 1215 took fun photos for all. The Valley Resource Center works closely with local nonprofits so they had a dozen organizations with tables providing resource information. Attendees were encouraged to bring care package items for deployed troops serving overseas for chances to win over two dozen great raffle prizes. The generosity of the community was astounding and helped make it all happen! For more information about the Valley Resource Center, please visit or email
