Our second Rising Star winner has been around and local and was one of the first artists we worked with when Radio 94/5 launched almost 4 years ago: Joanna Pearl
Locally famous for her renditions of the National Anthem at events like Get Shamrocked, Joanna is one of the better known local artists in the Temecula Valley
