Mt. San Jacinto College Foundation
Mt. San Jacinto College Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501 (c) 3 corporation whose primary purpose is to support MSJC by providing financial support from the Private and public sectors. Funding assist to underwrite programs and facilities at MSJC that cannot be funded through other means. Founded in 1983, the Foundation Board is composed of community leaders who volunteer to work with college staff to support MSJC's specific needs both now and in the future.
MSJC Foundation has awarded over $3.5 million in scholarships and other support services.
MSJC Foundation manages endowments and other assets of over $3.5 million.
Endowment funds raised and managed by the Foundation will provide educational dividends for generations. Endowmetns support scholarships, textbooks and supplies, classroom needs and equipment.
Our Mission:
The Foundation's mission is to promote student success by enhancing the quality of higher education throughout the district by identifying and securing private support through community alliances. The Foundation was formed to receive gifts for the college from individuals, corporations and foundations to provide scholarships, Mini Grants and direct funding to enhance MSJC's services and programs.
Since 2000, The Unforgettables Foundation has assisted over 5,000 families.”
Their Mission:Enable low-income families to give their children a dignified burial. Empower communities to memorialize children who have died. Educate parents and children’s caregivers to confront, control and conquer the primary risks to our children’s health and wholeness. Encourage communities to recognize the financial trauma which is often associated with the death of a child
