Passion Projects: Love Machine Films

Passion Projects- I talk about this on air and blog about it regularly. It's important for everyone to find their passion and then find a way of putting that passion into action. 

I am blogging and doing on air interviews with people who are doing just this....

In this edition we present someone who I've personally known since we were both teenagers. We worked together at a venue called The Distillery East, then later on at a radio station, then a third time when I produced and Carly directed a TV show with me called "Flash TV"......

Meet Carly Star Brullo-Niles.....  Award Winning Director & Founder of Love Machine Films.Carly Starr has been working in film & media branding her entire career life .. producing, writing, directing, shooting and editing at all levels. In Hollywood, Carly worked on major motion pictures, cutting edge independent films and network television. She is responsible for the creative vision, direction and production behind over 300 films, many for non-profit organizations and their causes. Her works have helped raise over 20 million dollars for various non-profits and causes. Under Carly's direction, Love Machine Films currently has two feature documentaries at festivals, and secured international distribution for the award winning graffiti subway art film, "The Nasty Terrible TKID-170: Julius Cavero". The moving documentary "Love Is The Answer", is in the winning circle at the Telluride Mountainfilm Festival. Love Machine Films work includes feature documentaries, feature film scripts, and commercial branding. Carly's third feature documentary "King of Pavones", is in production and Love Machine is pitching multiple Television and Web ideas while continuing to create campaigns for & with non-profit organizations. Each year the San Diego Film Awards distinguished board will choose an accomplished woman with remarkable achievements who works in the San Diego Film Industry. For its first year bestowing this award the San Diego Film Awards has chosen Carly Starr Brullo-Niles. LMF has a history of making films that have successfully benefited the Development and Fundraising for many Non-Profit organizations including The Mission San Luis Rey, Mama's Kitchen, American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, New Haven Youth & Family Services and many others.Love Machine Films is an independent film company based in Oceanside, CA, founded on the ethos that Love Can Conquer All. Love Machine was built on the mission to create films that tell important stories about causes, with a purpose to make a difference in the world.
