I asked my friends from the Valley Resource Center to help me with a taste test so we could first hand tell you about what's new and how it tastes.
From Jeanne Sampson – I would first like to say that the atmosphere and service was amazing. My personal favorite was the butternut squash soup. I loved the hint of cinnamon flavor and the texture of the pumpkin seeds that were placed on top. The bread that accompanied the soup was the perfect dipping complement.
My favorite starter is the Crispy Deviled Eggs- breaded and fried egg white base with a super tangy egg yolk topping that contains Mayo, IPA Mustard, Lemon Juice, Tabasco, & Worcestershire Sauce. Finally it's topped of with a generous chunk of candied bacon...more flavor and more tastes than you could imagine. If it'll fit...pop the whole thing in your mouth and then just sit back and enjoy the ride....
