Mountain High opens TOMORROW.

I heard from my good friend John McColly and he posted the picture and confirmed that Mt High will open TOMORROW.

Here is some info direct from John McColly Mt High:

“We have an Opening Day special that will knock your snow boots off as the first 100 guests with paid $59 tickets will ski free through December 21,” said John McColly, Mountain High Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “There is no better way to enjoy the early part of the season than this, so don’t miss out!”

Early season hours of operation at Mountain High will be 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends. Weekend operations begin Thanksgiving weekend with night sessions starting seven days a week on December 15. The Big Pines base lodge opens daily at 8:00 a.m. along with tickets, rentals, guest services and the season pass office.

“The new season is here, and we are stoked about all the new features we have at Mountain High for visitors to enjoy,” said McColly. “Yeti’s Snow Park is awesome and will provide a fun setting for kids and families to experience the region’s most exciting tubing and snow play parks along with introducing guests to the basics of skiing and snowboarding.”

Yeti’s Snow Parks are set to debut this season at Mountain High’s East and North Resorts. These new offerings will give families and individuals an affordable avenue for tubing, snow play and even introductory lessons for skiing and snowboarding.

West Resort and Yeti’s Snow Park at East Resort will open on November 23 (weather-permitting). The remainder of East Resort is scheduled to open on December 15 with the North Resort (including Yeti’s Snow Park at North Resort) looking at a December 22 opening date.

Early season single day tickets are just $59 for adults and children 12-and-under are free with paying adult ($25 without). Early season night sessions are $30 during evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Mountain High season passes are still available for purchase and are the best way to save money as one pass pays for itself in less than five visits. Click here for a full list of pricing and benefits.

All amenities will be available at Mountain High on Opening Day including lessons, rentals, retail, repair, guest services and more. Parking lots will open at 6:00 a.m. and ticket booths will open at 7:00 a.m. on Opening Day. No camping or placeholding will be allowed overnight, so plan to arrive promptly on November 23.

The Big Pines base lodge, located at West Resort, will be open daily starting at 8:00 a.m. Hot coffee along with grab and go food will be available for purchase inside the Big Pines base lodge. The Foggy Goggle, West Resort’s slope-side bar and barbecue, will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with warm snacks and spirits.
