27 years ago today possibly the best 3 band line up of the grunge era took place in Del Mar. All 3 bands in their prime.
Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana and Pearl Jam...hard to beat a lineup that solid!
I was there doing interviews with all 3 bands...below pic is me..some unknown dj... and Anthony Kiedis backstage at that show.
