The private development of Rancho Soleo (formerly Cypress Ridge), to be located at the corner of Pechanga Parkway and Loma Linda Road, has begun construction of their new sewer connection near Pechanga Parkway and Muirfield Drive.
The construction activities will take place at night, Sundays – Thursdays (excluding holidays) between 9PM – 5AM.
The estimated time to complete construction of the sewer connection is 3-6 weeks, barring weather or other unforeseen delays.

When:Sunday – Thursday Nights 9PM – 5AM Close Left Turn from northbound Pechanga Parkway to westbound Muirfield Drive. Close Inside Through Lane (#1) on northbound Pechanga Parkway, at Muirfield Drive. Close Inside Through Lanes (#1 and #2) on southbound Pechanga Parkway, at Muirfield Drive.All lanes will be re-opened each morning by 5AM.
