My Weekend: Fun House Party "Mardi Gras" Style

I had a great weekend! How was yours? One of the highlights of my weekend was a private house party thrown by my old college buddy Kevin and his wife Jennifer. You might have read about them in a previous blog when I posted pictures of Jen and Kev inside the private birthday party for Drew Brees.

This time Kev & Jen hosted their own "pre-Mardi Gras" party down south near San Diego. Traditional MG food like jambalaya, a huge crawfish boil and even King Cake were served.

The entertainment was straight from "Naulins" as well. Fred LeBlanc from Cowboy Mouth had people dancing, laughing, singing and even throwing those red plastic spoons (a Cowboy Mouth concert tradition) when we talked him into performing "Everybody Love Jill". Fred said Cowboy Mouth should be back as a full band sometime in April, so start saving those plastic red spoons and come see one of the best live bands ever when they are all together and back.
