I came across this "ticket" I had from when Paramount Television used to produce a live music show with all the bands that would later be called "80's Alternative"...but during the time of this show...they were still being called "New Wave"
The shows were a blast to attend but didn't last a long time....eventually this new channel called MTV dominated all things video in the music world for the rest of the 80's...
I actually found some video from one of the shows that I posted below..and the opening music is from Romeo Void an "underground California" band from the Bay Area who would become much more well known later on...
