Thursday morning in the 9am Hour I will be joined by Pechanga Sommelier Mark Amodeo (in picture w me). We'll be talking about the inaugural Pechanga Sake & Beer Festival this Saturday, April 20 with proceeds to benefit Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley.

Pechanga’s Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar earned 2nd place in USA Today’s Best Casino Restaurant readers’ poll, which also helped cement the festival’s possibility at Pechanga.
The more than 40 premium sakes including many styles from all over Japan as well as various Japanese beers for all palates.
The seven main food stations – Miso/Ramen, Nagashi So-Men, Wagyu and Zensai, Sashimi, Bento Box, Sushi and a specialty dessert and coffee station.

Pechanga Sake & Beer Festival takes place this Saturday, April 20, from 1-3 p.m. A VIP ticket will get you in at 12 noon instead.
Tickets are $75 for general admission which includes a keepsake sake sampling cup, VIP tickets are $150 and include early entry at 12 p.m. and a wooden sake holder and cup.
