On this day in 1985 Spandau Ballet performed in Southern California...and as a very young lad, I interviewed the band for my "Backstage Pass" radio show. The photo is of the backstage pass that I wore when I went back to record my conversation...
One of the things the band talked about was their excitement about the upcoming Live Aid Concert event. They ended up being one of the highlights of the day.
