Biking for a world free of MS: My 25 Mile Ride

On Saturday I was fortunate enough to take part in the Biking for a world free of MS: My 25 Mile Ride.

It was a tremendous experience.

I met so many great people...from the volunteers, to the working staff, to the riders, so many of whom told me their personnel stories of those they knew who suffer from MS that they were riding for. I felt honored to be part of such a positive experience.

I have to thank the folks at Trek Bikes in Kearny Mesa for the amazing loaner bike they allowed me to ride. There is no way I would have finished the 25 miles on a bike that wasn't as amazing as the one I was able to ride...and yes I did finish the ride!

The pictures below help tell the story...from the morning start under cool and sunny the amazing coastal scenery we experienced during the the epic half way stop and the sad moment when I had to return that phenomenal Trek road bike after the ride.

You can still give to support MS and the fact that I did finish my link is here:
