Temecula’s Virtual 2020 Memorial Day Observance Hosted Online

A Message From the City of Temecula for the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend:

In commemoration of Memorial Day, Temecula’s Community Services Department will honor Veterans with a Virtual Memorial Day Observance online only on Monday, May 25, 2020 at 9:00 am, in association with the Temecula VFW. Please visit Facebook.com/TemeculaParksAndRec/ as we pay tribute to and remember those heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Virtual Memorial Day Observance will feature speeches from local military Veterans and City dignitaries. We encourage you to tune in online as we unite to honor the men and women that we have lost. As Americans, we must never forget, that there is a personal cost to the freedoms we enjoy. The City of Temecula is proud to honor our fallen heroes, as well as those who served or are presently serving in all our armed forces.

Additionally, the Temecula Valley Museum is posting their award-winning, original, documentary film, World War II Remembrances ─ Temecula Valley Veterans, on Monday, May 25, 2020, in honor of our community's Veterans and to recognize those who have fallen in service.
