For those who have made a New Year’s resolution to find a new job in 2022, Pechanga Resort Casino makes finding and starting a new career easy. Casino recruiters host a two-day hiring fair Wednesday, January 12 and Thursday, January 13. Hiring managers at Pechanga seek candidates looking to get into the food and beverage industry or the hotel side of the resort.
The hiring event takes place in the Pechanga Resort Tower’s second floor meeting rooms from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Candidates and Pechanga Team Members are required to wear masks indoors and social distancing will be enforced.
Dozens of job positions at Pechanga Resort Casino, spanning the Hotel, Spa, Golf and Food and Beverage departments, await great candidates who want to fulfill their resolutions. Applicants will get to meet one on one with hiring managers, and may even be offered a job on the spot. Positions Pechanga looks to fill include everything from line cooks, servers, bartenders, stewards, cocktail servers, reservations agents, environmental services team, massage therapists, lifeguards, marketing ambassadors, several managerial positions and more.

Many of positions come with sign-on incentives of up to $2,500, which is among the highest for casinos around the country.
· $2,500 – Pechanga sign on incentive for full time line cooks
· $1,500 – Pechanga sign on incentive for full time guest room attendants
· $1,000 – Pechanga sign on incentive for table games floor person, marketing operations ambassador, environmental services specialist, steward, and count drop team
Pechanga’s leadership also announced in November it was raising its minimum wage for non-tipped employees to $17.00 per hour. California’s minimum wage for employers with more than 26 workers increases to $15.00 per hour as of January 1, 2022.
