The following info come from our friends at the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library:
Spring is just around the corner! Are you looking to spruce up your garden this spring, but not sure what to plant? Want to make a space in your yard to attract butterflies, bees, and more? Visit the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library (30600 Pauba Road) on THU, MAR 24, 2022 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm for a special presentation by Rebecca Levers from the California Native Plant Society as she speaks about habitat gardening.
Habitat Gardening may look difficult when you first see the certification requirements from the National Wildlife Federation – but it isn’t! Rebecca will show you how to find the right plants and add a few simple ‘sustainability’ practices to bring a piece of California’s amazing biodiversity home.
California Habitat Gardening is open to adults 18 and over. Space is limited and carpooling is encouraged. Sponsored by the Friends of the Temecula Libraries. For additional information, please call the Reference Desk at (951) 693-8940.
