A squeezed in another ride recently on my Wicked Thumb Destroyer E Bike from EPower Rides.
I tried something a little different this time. I wanted to see how the bike would perform and dirt trails and in the sand with those big tires I have on my ride.
I'm happy to report that the bike performed extremely well. I thought it probably would on the dirt trail on the top of the La Jolla Cliffs, but I was a little nervous about how it would do in the strand.
I tried it out on the beach of Crown Point and it rode perfectly! No problems riding on sand with those big tires!
A bit of advice though, if you decide to take your E Power Rides e bike in the dirt or sand, make sure you clean it well, like I did after your ride. Dirt and sand is not a friend to electric bikes, so a quick cleanup after that kind of ride will go along way to previous your other running parts on your e bike.
It sure was nice to know though, that if I had to ride in sand or dirt, my e bike was fully up to the task!
