My Weekend: Sunday SD Bay Boat Parade of Lights

My weekend concluded with a trip out on to San Diego Bay with Captain Beth on her power boat "Salty" to watch the SD Bay Boat Parade of lights. I've done this before and it's always a party on the water! This one was the best yet!

We got there early and before the sunset and got the best parking spot on the water- right where all the lit up boats were "staging" to set off on their parade along the shore the bay. After the parade passed by we motored over to downtown and watch the parade for a second time!

Epic time and this is a holiday adventure I would suggest all of you try at least once. You can also watch from the shore as I have blogged about in the past, but there is nothing like watching a parade on the water...while on the water.
