Sulo in Solo is a new solo project formed by San Diego based musician Sulo King notable for fronting the Punk Rock band Authentic Sellout. The project was inspired by a voicemail Sulo had saved from his mentor Vincent "Big Vinny" Crudo, Jr that passed away in 2012. You can hear a snippet of that voicemail when you watch the music video for the debut release Six Degrees. The debut single Six Degrees features some of San Diego's top musicians featuring Twon Ridenhour (Vocoder / Secret Seven), Chris Armes (Agent 51), Christian Borja (Authentic Sellout) and Mike Kociela (New World Spirits). This is just the start of a fun and new Rock project for Sulo King and he aims to have a new and different feel on each song. His second song is in the works with the plan to record it at legendary recording studio , Sun Studio in Memphis, TN in the fall of 2023 and produce a short documentary of the experience in which he plans on entering in film festivals upon the songs release.
