The fun and excitement of my weekend took place all on Saturday.
My daytime adventure was to attended a private function just outside of Escondido on the grounds of a ranch.
I attended the Soma Agility and Vitality Events for Wellness Enthusiasts. Designed to bring together Fitness, Bodywork, Nutrition, The Arts, Fashion, Beauty, Music and Wellness enthusiasts. This innovative platform aims to promote wellness, build bridges and foster collaboration among individuals that are passionate about living healthy conscious lives.
In addition to that, we played a little pickleball on the private court there, and then enjoyed a stripped down performance by members of one of my favorite SoCal based bands- Daring Greatly. Photos and link to video below.
