My Weekend Part 1: Finally A Great Sunny Day For a Bike Ride in San Diego

In the Temecula Valley, we have been lucky to have many warm sunny days this year. Down on the beaches of San Diego, notsomuch! According to a weather reporter down there, the last time SD beaches had a mid 70's sunny day before last Friday was February 15th!

So I took advantage of that and loaded my swing bike for a Mission beach Boardwalk Bike Ride, and it did not disappoint! Photos of my ride are below.

Of course the June gloom returned the next day, so it looks like I'll need to refocus on local fun like wine country and Canyon Lake.

We really are lucky for many reasons to be in the Temecula Valley!
