Local Writer and philanthropist Dr. Linda Watson is releasing a new book called “Dr. Linda’s Comedy Marriage Boot Camp.”.
Dr. Linda Watson is a native Californian, originally from Los Angeles, and now lives in San Diego. She’s been in love with horses since the day she was born. She is the founder of Nimchuk Equine Foundation, a 501 C 3 nonprofit specifically created to fundraise for horse rescues and sanctuaries. Dr. Linda is the author of the self-help book “Dr. Linda’s Comedy Marriage Boot Camp.” Hundreds of married folks were interviewed for this book, which uses humor interjected with real-life scenarios and success stories.
Instead of chapters such as “Just communicate,” there are sections on “Mothers-in-law from hell,” “Married to an Alien,” “He’s already got a mama,” and “I deeply suspected my mother-in-law was trying to poison me with her famous red velvet cake.”
Half of all proceeds from this book will be donated to horse rescues.
