On this date, many moons ago I had both Debbie Harry and Chris Stein sit down in a studio for a long conversation about their band Blondie. The photo was taken afterwards when we were horsing around in the studio.
I have had fortunate opportunities to hang out backstage with the couple from Blondie, but on this day it was a lengthy, sit down, extremely interesting conversation about Blondie, and the importance of that band to the NY "Punk Scene" of the late 1970's and beyond.
It's a testament to their talent that they are still making music and touring to this day.
