I spent a good portion of my weekend in Oceanside (shout out to you in Oceanside that listen, because you can hear Radio 94/5 loud and proud there), at the Surfer Girl Women's Pro Surfing Event and Free Concert.
It was a free 3 days event right adjacent to the Oceanside Pier. We watched both women's longboard and short board competitions, while sampling various adult beverages and watching the free live music.
Bands like Lovely The Band and Cee Lo green performed, but the band that caught our ears was a new artists from Texas called Roxy.
Good weather, good music, good fun.
