Former Dodger Jack Flaherty (remember him?) pitched very well for Detroit only giving up 1 hit in 5 innings...but Freddie Freeman got to him in the 6th for a 2 run homer to tie the game at 2.
Mookie Bett's homer in the 8th made it look like the Dodgers would come from behind just in time to win again.
But in the 9th, even though Tommy Edman had 3 web GEMS for all 3 outs, the Tigers tied the score to send the game to extra innings.
The Tigers score 2 in the 10th but Conforto on a freak bounce ground rule double in the bottom of the 10th makes the score 5-4 then Will Smith pinch hits and drive in Conforto to tie the game at 5! Ohtani then singles and and Smith takes 3rd with only 1 out in the inning.
THEN MOOKIE BETTS BOMB A THREE RUN WALK OFF HOMER TO WIN THE GAME!
By the way...the last time the Dodgers went 4-0 to start the season in 1981- They won the World Series that year!
