And another 9th inning meltdown by the bullpen. This time Roki Sasaki was the failure. He gave up a run and left 2 on with 2 out in the 9th. Treinen came in and walked the bases loaded. Lucky for the Dodgers the last Brewer hitter got out of the way of a bad Treinen pitch that would have hit him to tie the game. He then missed a ball clearly out of the strike zone to end the game.
The Dodgers will take the win, but if they don't start scoring some runs, their luck will run out and they will lose this series.
