Rainstorms across Southern California could stick around for several days. Thunderstorms, hail, flooding and debris flows are all likely. Even small tornadoes are possible. The first storm system is now underway and will be a prelude to the weekend rain. Round two will hit on Saturday and will provide the most precipitation. Many areas will see three to six inches of rain. Recent burn scars in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties will get saturated. All of Los Angeles County has a flood watch from late Friday night into Saturday evening. Wet weather will continue for much of next week
Locally tomorrow, (Saturday) will be the heaviest day of rainfall until...next Thursday when we will have a second dump of the wet stuff.
Tune in weekday mornings around 6:30 for my daily weather updates..
