The City of Lake Elsinore’s Economic Development Department has launched the Lake Elsinore Restaurant & Retail Survey 2026 to help shape the future of shopping and dining in our community. 

From March 16–29, 2026, residents, business owners, and community stakeholders are invited to share their thoughts on the restaurants, retail stores, and services they’d like to see locally. Your feedback will help guide business recruitment, support local growth, and ensure our city’s dining and shopping options grow alongside our community.
