The first try was a little dry so I added garlic/parmesian pasta sauce to the pepperoni & cheese inside, and then for even more flavor pesto with the pepperoni and cheese for the third. You can't make them very big using the air fryer so it all added up to one good size meal experiment.
8 of 8 The "bread" is actually made of broccoli, eggs, cottage cheese, garlic, blended with a food processor. The topping is tempura chicken, onions, tomatos, cheese, and a dash of Chalula sauce with Avocado and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese added after baking. Tasty!
