They say when you have a good experience with a business you tell a friend, but when you have a bad experience you tell 10 friends. Today I want to reverse that trend and tell you all about a great experience:
Recently my left rear tire started leaking slowly...after 3 air refills, I knew I had an issue.
My friend Dave told me to take it to Discount Tire, also known as America's Tire in the Temecula Valley.
As soon as I arrived and told them my problem, they arranged to take a look. I did have a screw in that tire, and the fixed it for free. They told me since it was a safety issue and they were all about safety, they do it for free. I did NOT even buy my tire there, but they fixed it for free anyway.
While they had my truck they came back and reminded me I needed wipers. I knew I needed new wipers, but when I went to an auto parts store each wiper cost $18....but Discount Tire / America's Tire offered the same wiper at $12.
